Cindy Teresa Pringle, 56, passed away on Sunday, October 15, 2023 in the comforting care of her nursing home.
She was born February 2, 1967 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to Franklin Pringle and Ruth Jacobs. Cindy was one of four children.
Cindy was a free spirit that made anyone around her awestruck. Cindy had the ability to bring a person out of one’s shell and to make one believe that life is limitless. Infamous for her quick wit and her fast comebacks. Cindy’s affection towards others had no boundaries. Cindy’s smile made you feel privileged to be in her presence.
Cindy graduated from Murrell Dobbins Technical High School in 1984 as a licensed Cosmetologist. Cindy worked for the United States Postal Service as a parcel clerk. Later, as a Psychiatric Technologist, Cindy worked at Northwestern Hospital. During the past ten years, she was a Caretaker to the elderly – a task that she truly enjoyed. Cindy was a person that would help anyone in need and never left a stone unturned while doing so.
Cindy is survived by her mother, Ruth Irene Pringle. Her father, Franklin Jimmie Pringle, preceded her in death in 2019. Cindy will be watching over her eight children: Derek, Dean, Dawn, Dale, Deana, Dwight (Tre’Jour), Dustin (Kori Du’Ron), and Dru – and her two grandchildren – Kai Lei and Kaydyn. Holding a special place in heart is her god-son, Legend. Cindy will be deeply missed by her siblings -Derrick, Dwayne (Angela) and Crystal (Michael, Sr.). Her longtime friend and companion, Anthony Brown, will always carry a light in her spirit. Cindy also leaves behind several nieces, nephews, family and friends.
