Claude Redgner Brown, JR

CLAUDE REDGNER BROWN, JR was born June 8, 1948 in Philadelphia County Pennsylvania to the late Claude Redgner Brown, Sr. and Juanita Ransom Brown. After 72 productive years on this earth, the Lord in His infinite wisdom and mercy dispatched an angel to carry Claude to his eternal rest on November 11, 2020.

Claude completed his formal education in the Philadelphia, PA school system. After graduating from Germantown High School in Philadelphia, he continued his educational pursuit by graduating from Pennsylvania College of Technology in Williamsport, PA with a major in Science and receiving a Masters Degree in Human Services from Lincoln University in Philadelphia. Claude held several positions of responsibility in the State of Pennsylvania during his career; such as a counselor, House supervisor, Case manager, Substitute Aide, and Behavior Support Staff Member.

Being a man of strong moral character and faith, Claude touched the lives of many people. He was a very loving son, brother, cousin, and friend. He had many friends to whom he was loyal and devoted. He will forever be remembered as a warm, personable, delightful, and generous person. Although it's hard to say farewell to someone we love so much, and although the sorrow that we feel seems unbearable, it comforts us to know Claude will always be in our hearts.

Claude is the last surviving member of his immediate family. His parents and his brother Ronald preceded him in death. However, he leaves many cousins and a host of friends to cherish his memory.

Claude's remains , along with those of his brother, will be laid to rest with his parents at Chelten Hills Cemetery in Philadelphia, PA.
