Our beloved Mother, Sister, Aunt, Mom-mom, and Friend was called home suddenly on Sunday, November 6, 2022.  She was born November 26, 1970, in Hartford, CT to the late Sidney H. Jones III and Irene Carter Jones who both were sent home in 2007.

Letoya was educated in the Philadelphia school system. She had graduated in 1988 from Olney High School. Letoya then furthered her education and graduated with a LPN from James Martin School of Nursing in 1992. She went back to school later in life, for a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Technology from Pierce College in 2016.

Letoya enjoyed working in the nursing field for over 25 years. She enjoyed shopping, at places like Target and Marshalls, going to the beach, traveling, and getting massages with her sister. Letoya really enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and listening to favorite artist, Mary J. Blige. Letoya was always around to offer support or a helping hand to her family and friends.  She was known to light up the room with her smile and engaging personality. Letoya would also spend time with her siblings going to different restaurants, like Redstone and the Cheesecake Factory.

Letoya is survived by her two sons and daughter in laws, Antwan D. Jones (Sarah) and Tyron D. Skinner-Jones (Amanda), brother and sister-in-law Sidney H. Jones IV (Jacqueline) and sister Mekeba D. Jones, three grandchildren Amare, Lily, and Tyler aka “Papa”, three nephews Taurean K. Cutten, Christopher R. Jones and Kenneth E. Johnson Jr, two nieces Jada S. Johnson and Tania R. Maxwell, Brother and Sister in law Albert and Pamela Lacy, and a host of other relatives and friends.
