Robert Spencer Sr

Robert Leroy Spencer, Sr was born on May 3, 1950, to the parents of Ernestine Milbourne and the late Lawrence Kelly Jr.  As a young child he was nicknamed " Pigeon" by his family since he was so small as a baby. 
 
Robert was educated in the Philadelphia public school system. Shortly after high school, he joined the military where he proudly serviced in the U.S. Marine Corps.  During his service, Robert received the National Defense Service Medal, the Vietnam Campaign Medal, and the Good Conduct Medal. 
 
Robert was very outgoing and enjoyed taking trips to Atlantic City. He also had a great passion for collecting and watching movies. 
 
Robert leaves to cherish his memories, his mother Ernestine Milbourne ( Ottaway), his lovely son Robert Leroy Spence Jr., and daughter Barbara Smith.  In addition, he leaves to cherish his memories, his granddaughter Cierra and grandsons Desi and Darnell.  Robert's will be remembered by a host of family and friends.
